Hearing Coulson's analysis, Elliot Randolph nodded and said, "You're definitely more perceptive than most people, Agent Coulson."
Coulson looked at him and said with a smile, "You're the Asgardian warrior who stayed behind, aren't you?"
Elliot Randolph looked at Coulson. "Don't tell anyone. Please."
Outside, Killer B watched the monitor and said in some surprise, "Didn't expect that. He's actually Asgardian."
Fitz chimed in, "Yeah. Who would've thought? In broad daylight, a real Asgardian."
Skye asked curiously, "How long do you think he's been on Earth?"
Simmons said, "A thousand years. Maybe longer."
"If we could just make a small incision, extract some tissue samples or bodily fluids, we could confirm it."
Skye roasted her. "Or we could just ask him, you weirdo."
"This is way better than watching the History Channel. This guy lived through every horrible event—Crusades, the Black Death, disco."
Killer B, however, was focused on the man's lifespan and asked curiously, "Do all Asgardians live that long?"
Fitz said, "Based on the fact that they appeared over a dozen centuries ago and are still around now, they must have lifespans of at least several thousand years."
Killer B murmured, "Several thousand years. That really is a long time."
In Killer B's memory, a ninja's lifespan was really no different from that of ordinary people in this world. And because of the wars in the Ninja World, very few ninja actually died of old age. Most died early in war or on missions instead, and their average lifespan might not even compare to that of ordinary people here.
Skye looked at Killer B and asked curiously, "Do ninja live a long time too?"
Killer B shook his head. "Same as you. At least, I've never heard of any ninja living one or two hundred years."
Simmons said,
