Fourth Soul Ring — Black, 10,000 years	89 90	Obtained from the Red-Eyed Treant King. It granted Demonic Eye Soul Seizure, which consumes substantial Soul Power to raise Xia Liang's mental power by two levels and supports Undead Possession.
Fifth Soul Ring — Black, 50,000 years	115 125	Obtained from the Shadow Lord. Its Soul Skill is Dark Territory; the ring's transformation fully awakened the Necromancer Skeleton Martial Soul's Space Attribute.
Sixth Soul Ring — Black, over 60,000 years	130 132	Obtained from the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger together with its Life Bead. The Evil God bloodline elevated the Martial Soul into an Ultimate Martial Soul; its enlarged skeletal form grew complete wings and gained flight. The sixth Soul Skill is Reverse Life-Death Arena. 131 132

Formation and Absorption

A Soul Ring is produced when a Soul Beast dies. Soul Beasts include animals, plants, and other non-human living beings possessing Soul Power. 8

To absorb a Soul Ring, the Soul Master must personally kill the Soul Beast that produces it. The ring is then guided into the body and fused with the user's Soul Power and Martial Soul. 18

Unlike temporarily strengthening a Martial Soul by injecting Soul Power, absorbing a Soul Ring permanently reinforces the Martial Soul's source energy. This permanent enhancement can change its appearance and grant a Soul Skill. 3

A Soul Master's bodily endurance determines how much Soul Ring energy they can withstand. Xia Liang repeatedly exceeded conventional limits because of his unusually resilient skeleton, physical conditioning, Whale Rubber consumption, and later Soul Bone enhancements. 18 48 115

Appearance and Classification

Soul Rings manifest as colored halos that rotate around a Soul Master after absorption. Their color identifies the cultivation age of the Soul Beast that produced them. 8 18

Compatibility and Martial Soul Evolution

The compatibility between a Soul Ring and a Martial Soul affects how much of a Soul Beast's attributes can be inherited. Poor compatibility may cause much of a ring's original potential to be lost. 94

Xia Liang chose rings according to a form-stacking strategy: each compatible Soul Ring would ideally add structure to his initially rib-only Skeleton Martial Soul. His early plan envisioned arms from the first two rings, a skull from the third, flesh-like material from the fourth, armor from the fifth, legs from the sixth, and a complete form through the seventh-ring Martial Soul Avatar. 3

The actual evolution did not fully follow that plan. The first ring grew a right arm, the second did not add bone mass as hoped, and the Bone Dragon's third ring produced a skull, a left arm, and the foundation for Bone Transformation Susanoo. 19 62 68

The fourth ring and Ring Fusion energy supplied substantial flesh and blood to Susanoo's skeletal body, allowing its Half-Body Humanoid Form. 90 103 115

Advanced Applications

Ring Fusion

Ring Fusion combines Soul Rings with Soul Power into a compressed mass of energy. A fully completed fusion can produce power comparable to a Soul King's full-force attack and may allow a Soul Master to fight above their level. 60

Xia Liang learned the technique after studying its descriptions for several days. He demonstrated it by merging two yellow Soul Rings into a black-purple sphere. 60

After beginning the Evil God's Nine Examinations, Xia Liang received the future reward of one Soul Ring-devouring opportunity. 131
