Repeated Torment, Ice Venerable's Betrayal

Future Self was repeatedly sent back to the spatial entrance's starting point with a wave of Zhang Cheng's hand, constantly enduring the cycle of life and death from black hair to white.

He had broken down, yet he had no choice but to continue for the One Qi Source.

Ice Venerable threw a tantrum outright and refused to go on no matter what, but Future Self turned a deaf ear, forcibly leading him toward Dense White every time.

Unexpectedly, Ice Venerable dropped to his knees before Zhang Cheng with a thud and burst into tears.

"Please, don't make this old man suffer anymore. Don't send us back to the starting point again."

"If that won't do, then please send us directly out of this space. My Fellow Daoist has gone mad and won't stop, but this old man doesn't want to come here!"

Zhang Cheng was initially bewildered, but he quickly regained his composure and grinned. "Sure. Since that is the case, you may leave the space."
