Yagyu Ichiro noticed Chu Tian's expression, and his gaze turned icy as he silently circulated his Spiritual Qi.

Chu Tian appeared relaxed, but he had secretly prepared himself to respond.

Wang Haoran and Jiang Yuner were still waiting where they were.

"Aunt, I told you so. You two should have been more careful," Chu Tian said to Wang Haoran with a smile.

Wang Haoran forced an awkward expression and said nothing.

"Thank you for saving us," Jiang Yuner said timidly to Chu Tian.

"It's only right to draw one's sword when witnessing injustice." When Chu Tian looked at Jiang Yuner, the smile on his face grew even wider. "Your name is Yuner, right?"

"Yes, I'm Jiang Yuner." Jiang Yuner remembered Wang Haoran's instructions. Though she did not want to pay Chu Tian any attention, she still tried to keep her tone gentle.

Seeing Jiang Yuner speak so softly, Chu Tian felt as though he had found love. He eagerly offered to take Jiang Yuner and Jiang Yuner's "aunt" back.

After arriving at the hotel, Chu Tian said, "I've received some news. Things haven't been very peaceful around here lately."

"That man got away. He won't come back for us, will he?" Jiang Yuner asked worriedly.

"That's entirely possible!" Chu Tian said seriously.

Upon hearing this, Jiang Yuner looked utterly frightened.

"Don't worry. If you're willing, I can be your
