Prize Event Details

Dear everyone, last month's prize event had ended. I had seen all your opinions, and they were more or less the same as what I had thought. As for the issues with the first story, I had also summed them up myself. Put simply, it came down to three words—lack of care. More specifically, the main problems were as follows:

1. The beginning was far too dull; there was no turning point within the first three chapters, which was frustrating. 2. The era's background had not been explained clearly, leading many people to think the protagonist had traveled through time to the modern age and triggering era-related logical conflicts. 3. The language was not concise enough, and many plot points had not been thought through thoroughly. 4. Various other minor issues.

Actually, the first story had been intended to leave behind some suspense, gradually unveiling the world setting—more accurately, this entire book had been leaving suspense behind, digging pits everywhere, digging huge long-term pits. That was also one of my personal traits. But the first story had not handled it very well, causing many readers to be unable to get into it. I reflected on this and prepared to make corrections.

As for the prize event, quite a few people had participated, but because of Qidian's system, only six of you were ultimately judged by the system to have taken part in the event. This was a mistake caused by my unfamiliarity with the rules when organizing an event for the first time. This month, I would organize it in advance and strive to understand the participation rules clearly, so that everyone could receive the benefits.
