When the results of the previous assassination attempt on Athena reached Sanctuary, the Fake Pope Saga was almost shocked and enraged, a long-forgotten trace of fear rising in his heart.

According to the original story, the Pope would have sent Leo Aiolia to assassinate Athena, while ordering his subordinates, Deathmask and Aphrodite—the Aquatic Duo—to deal with the Cepheus Silver Saint and Dohko of the Five Old Peaks.

Deathmask, on the other hand, had been quite lucky. When he went to assassinate Dohko, he happened to run into Mr. Mu. Otherwise, that bastard would probably have been beaten to death by an enraged Dohko's Rozan Hundred Dragons Force.
