Kanon and Saga were both the cold, godlike type. Before they had even finished exchanging two sentences, they were already going at each other. Even the Underworld Cloths of the Three Giants, though more intricate and covering more of the body, were still inferior to Gold Saint Cloths in quality, much less the Underworld Cloths worn by these resurrected Gold Saints.

Under such circumstances, the two sides were essentially evenly matched.

Mu, on the other hand, was lacking somewhat. In the original story, although he had never truly fought his master, his Crystal Wall had been as fragile as slag before Shion. If they really fought, he would definitely end up being ground into the floor.

Restored to youth and at his peak, Shion possessed strength at the level of the Eighth Sense. In the current Sanctuary, aside from Dohko, he could be considered the strongest.
