Cold Jokes, New Planet King Kai, and a Huge Explosion

"Cough, cough, cough! If you want to study under me, you'll have to pass a test!" As North King Kai spoke, his gaze inevitably drifted toward the new planet in the distance. Then, seemingly realizing he had made it too obvious, he puffed out his chest and raised his head.

"I won't let anyone with improper intentions learn my abilities! If you want to learn, you'll have to show sincerity..."

Yota tilted his head, then reached into the void and pulled out a thick book. He handed it to North King Kai.

"This is Earth's Cold Jokes Collection. Is this enough?"

"Cold Jokes Collection!" The two antennae on North King Kai's head immediately shot upright. Though his sunglasses concealed his eyes, his face showed a longing expression.

"Let me see it, let me see it!"

Yota casually tossed the entire Cold Jokes Collection to North King Kai. After flipping through two pages, North King Kai instantly laughed so hard he doubled over, rolling around on the ground.

Once he finally stopped laughing, he looked up and read another page, then began rolling around on the ground again. He laughed wildly, hammering the ground with his fists.

...All right, clearly North King Kai's laugh threshold was absurdly low.

After quite a while, seeing North King Kai's face gradually turn blue and purple, as though he were about to laugh himself to death, Yota had no choice but to reach out and put the Cold Jokes Collection away.

"Ah, I'm finally saved. If I kept reading, I definitely would've stopped breathing altogether." North King Kai raised his head and let out a relieved breath.

"Anyone with so many cold jokes can't be a bad person. All right, I'll teach you some things. What do you want to learn?"
