Longwind Defense Line, Railway Hub No. 3.

Accompanied by a crisp bell ringing across the platform, a massive, imposing Iron-black Steel Train slowly pulled into the hub station and came to a smooth stop beside the platform.

Barriers near the platform rose and joined with the barriers along the tracks, blocking the cold wind blowing in from the plains. Alternating light and dark stripes projected across the shields, designed to interfere with observation, also prevented any possible distant spying through Eagle Eye Technique.

At the far ends of the platform, soldiers stood guard in tall watchtowers. Railguns and Scorching Ray firing ports protruded from bunkers level with the platform, while fully armed soldiers patrolled everywhere. Hidden sentries were scattered throughout and around the platform, openly or covertly turning the entire hub station into a frontline fortification armed to the teeth.

"Iron Throne—Worldly Serpent," Maryland said with a faint smile as he stood on the platform and watched the fully armed black train pull in. Numerous Technical Personnel stepped forward to inspect it. "With a second Armored Train reinforcing this defensive line, Longwind Fortress's defenses can finally put people's minds at ease."

"Iron Throne—Zero can finally get a chance to undergo repairs too." Philip, standing beside Maryland with short blond hair and knightly armor, smiled as well. "The overload damage it suffered last year still hasn't been completely repaired. Every time it accelerates, arsenal section No. 2 at the rear shakes as if it's about to jump right off the tracks."

After a pause, he continued, "Once these two standard Armored Trains are delivered, the heavy factories in the rear will temporarily shift their main focus to civilian train production. The secondary factories in the Kant and Gran regions will be responsible for manufacturing the 'downgraded Armored Trains' you mentioned before.
