Background / History

Kiana was created by Otto as a clone intended to replace Siegfried and Cecilia’s lost daughter. Siegfried initially struggled to accept her, but after she followed him into danger and began learning to fight Honkai Beasts, he named her Kiana on December 7 and accepted her as his daughter. He taught her Kaslana combat teachings and Gun Fu, which she mastered proficiently in ten days despite lacking experience. 702 704

Her body contains Sirin’s consciousness and the potential of the Herrscher of the Void. This made her a target of Schicksal and a source of fear to those aware of her origins, but Siegfried, Theresa, and Himeko chose to protect her rather than treat her as Sirin herself. 360 704

At St. Freya, Kiana sought to become an A-rank Valkyrie so Theresa would tell her where Siegfried was. Although highly capable in battle, she consistently failed cultural classes, skipped lessons, and relied on practical missions to earn performance points. 6 62 360

After Himeko was hospitalized following the Nine Serenities mission, Kiana blamed herself for being too weak to protect her. She asked Theresa to train her and began treating strength as a responsibility rather than simply a point of pride. 204
