"This is my latest improved health drink. It tastes pretty good, but the color is a little ugly."
Mrs. Norris took a glass of bubbling green liquid from beneath the bar, gently set it in front of Albert, and gestured for him to drink.
"I'll pass."
"What a pity. It only looks a bit hard to stomach; it actually tastes quite good." Mrs. Norris picked up the glass of green health drink and gulped it all down.
"I heard there's a library in the village. Do you know where it is?" Albert asked directly. He could probably find it by wandering around, but he chose the more efficient approach.
"Where did you hear that?" Mrs. Norris took another glass of green drink from beneath the bar and smiled at Albert. Her meaning was obvious.
The corner of Albert's mouth twitched almost imperceptibly. He had heard Professor Slughorn mention that Mrs. Norris had the peculiar hobby of watching people drink her specially made health drinks.

"Mr. Damocles told me," Albert said honestly. "He said I might be interested in the books here."
"You know Mr. Damocles?" Mrs. Norris was somewhat surprised, though she had already seen Albert display astonishing talent in Potions during the first round of the competition.
"Mr. Damocles and I have kept in touch by letter."
"Yes, there is a library in the village. It's the third building to the right of the pub next door, and it is generally only open to the public from eight to nine in the evening." Mrs. Norris kindly reminded him, "However, outsiders can only borrow certain books and magazines there."
