"He won't be sitting in that position much longer."
Albert sat beside Isabelle, raised his frothing hot Butterbeer, and took a large gulp, feeling warmth spread through him from the inside out.
"That's truly unfortunate news."
Isabelle thought Cornelius Fudge was rather unlucky. Since Albert had said so, he would most likely lose his position as Minister for Magic before long.
"Back then, I predicted his success on the Hogwarts Express and earned my first pot of gold in the wizarding world from it," Albert said sentimentally.
"Don't tell me you already knew Divination back then?"
Isabelle thought it was quite possible. Otherwise, how could Albert, who had just entered the wizarding world, have invested so many Galleons in betting?
"It was purely luck. I have great faith in my own good fortune, and my wand can bring me luck too." Albert drew his redwood wand and added with a smile, "Mr. Ollivander personally said that redwood wands could bring their users luck."
Isabelle silently took a sip of Butterbeer, not believing a word of Albert's nonsense.
"Thanks to the money I earned, we had that later transaction. Come to think of it, we should thank him for bringing us together." Albert's gaze passed over several tables ahead as he looked at the Minister for Magic's back. In an even tone, he said, "Now, I'm here to predict his failure—the summer Harry graduates from Hogwarts, when people kick him down from his high place."
"So this is how you thank him?" Isabelle raised an eyebrow, seeming slightly amused.
"The outcome won't be my doing. It'll be his own problem."
"Am I starting to sound more and more like a fraud?" Albert suddenly said. "Actually, I'm considering giving myself the title of Seer. I hear it's a profession people respect."
"Oh,
