"Could there be any restrictions?" Harry thought of a question. "I mean... can we bring all of them into the arena?"
"I mean the Flying Broomstick... and those Magical Plants you prepared... can we bring them all in?"
"I asked father to help me ask about it..." Draco replied. "The only thing a Champion can actually bring into the arena is a Wand."
"But we can use the Wand to summon over the things we need... Getting what we need this way doesn't break the rules."
"In that case, there's one spell we have to master..." He looked at Cedric and Harry. "You should both know the Summoning Charm, right?"
Feeling Draco's gaze, Cedric and Harry both nodded.
"But through this method... we can only summon seeds packed in boxes, right?" Cedric analyzed. "No wonder you said we'd need a combination of potions and magic."
"That's exactly my plan," Draco said with certainty. "Seeds actually have another advantage: they're not easy for a Fire Dragon to notice."
"The venom of the Venomous Tentacula can affect a Fire Dragon, so the Fire Dragon will be wary of it too... But if it's a seed, its wariness will drop quite a bit."
"But a Fire Dragon's scales are so thick. A Venomous Tentacula..." Harry paused, then realized what Draco meant to do. "You're planning to throw it into the Fire Dragon's mouth?"
"Exactly!" Draco raised his eyebrows, a trace of smugness flashing through his eyes. "And the Flying Broomstick comes in perfectly handy."
"But you just said... they might ban the use of Flying Broomsticks," Harry said. "Even though we can summon anything with a Wand..."
"But if they discuss it like we are and come up with new rules, like restricting certain things from being summoned, say Flying Broomsticks... what do
