Return of the Heart

As Chen Shi bowed down, far away in a nameless world within the starry sky of the South Continent of Jambudvipa, Huangfu Jun suddenly felt the arrival of a killing tribulation. He felt his hair stand on end, and without a second thought, he drove the Scripture of A Thousand Calamities for Eternal Freedom, transferring all of his catastrophic fate entirely to the living creature beside him.

The planet where he resided was suitable for life, and living things had already multiplied and thrived on this patch of land.

Living creatures also existed by his side. They were bipedal beasts with quite massive builds, walking on two legs, possessing feathers, slender tails, and scales on their bodies that had not yet fully regressed, known as ground dragons.

Before this ground dragon could even react, it was struck to death by Chen Shi's bow.

Not only was it struck to death, but all ground dragons of this species across the entire planet died violently and simultaneously. Even the dragon eggs laid by the ground dragons did not escape unscathed.

Countless dragon eggs burst with popping sounds, and egg fluid spilled all over the ground!

Huangfu Jun was startled.

He knew that Chen Shi's killing move was bound to be fierce and tyrannical, but he had not expected it to be so powerful and bizarre.

He had transferred his catastrophic fate to this ground dragon, assuming that this ground dragon would bear the tribulation. He had never imagined that the entire ground dragon race would be cursed to death, leaving not a single one behind.

Upon the sacrificial altar, with a single bow from Chen Shi, blood splashed onto the white banner, and the fishy stench was oppressive.

This bow should have caused Huangfu Jun's body and soul to be utterly destroyed.
