What was the first great hurdle in building a Sky Battleship?
The answer was getting it airborne first.
Altitude, speed, firepower, defense.
These four aspects together formed a Sky Battleship's formidable combat power. A Third-Tier Sky Battleship could already crush cultivators below the Purple Palace Stage across the board. Though it would struggle in a direct confrontation with Purple Palace cultivators, the advantages brought by its speed and defense were enough to keep them occupied.
These four points seemed widely separate, but their key lay in the same thing: the "Drive Core." This was the core technology of a Sky Battleship, as well as the most technically demanding part. Many times, even with the refining method laid out before you, you still might not be able to produce one.
As the advanced version of a Third-Tier Sky Battleship, a Fourth-Tier Sky Battleship was created by the Heavenly Craft Realm to contend with Golden Core True Persons. Unlike puppets, it was far more expensive to build. Its flight altitude could reach the limit of the Golden Core Stage, brushing close to the Shuofeng Layer.
Its speed was even faster than lightning. Even the most basic models could rival Late Golden Core Cultivators who were not skilled in speed. With special modifications and enhancements to speed, they could fly even faster, though at the cost of a little defensive power.
There was naturally no need to mention its firepower. It was a mobile aerial firepower platform; whether in single-target attacks or wide-area bombardment, it was no weaker than a Golden Core Cultivator, and might even surpass one.
Its defensive power was somewhat weaker. Apart from Fourth-Tier grand formations, it mainly relied on the strength of the spirit materials used to construct the warship itself. Once the defensive formation was broken, being caught
