New Measures, Civilian Arenas

As he walked, Ye Lei suddenly arrived at a place he had never been before. There, he saw a massive arena platform, where two Soul Masters were poised to strike, waiting for the referee's command to begin fighting.

Seeing this, Ye Lei finally understood what other measure he still wanted to improve.

That was the Soul Fighting Arena!

These civilian arenas did not have comprehensive security measures. Once something went wrong, the spectators below could easily be hurt. Soul Fighting Arenas were different. Every fighting platform would be equipped with high-precision defensive Soul Tools, so there would be no need to worry about powers spiraling out of control and harming the audience.

Although there was a huge martial arts arena in the outskirts, the space there was not large enough. Ye Lei's idea was to build a massive Soul Fighting Arena underground and refine every aspect of its competitions, such as rankings, participation systems, and so on.
