Catching a Dragon Barehanded!

"Damn it!" Ismir controlled the vines to yank his subordinates out of the path of the surging Dragon Breath, but the frenzied earth dragon still charged at them with bloodshot eyes!

Clang! A crisp clash of metal rang out. Ismir looked at a bewildered Nature Guardian beside him. The soldier had slashed at the Armored Earth Dragon's leg, sending sparks flying, and the next instant, a thick dragon tail swept toward him.

Whoosh! The Armored Earth Dragon's strike missed as Ismir pulled him back at the last moment.

Roar! The Armored Earth Dragon fixed its blood-red eyes on Ismir. No matter how low its intelligence was, it understood that this was all the work of Ismir, this insignificant insect. It gave up on the others and charged straight at Ismir.

"Pitfall!" Ismir calculated the position precisely, and magic flashed from his hand. A half-meter-deep pit instantly appeared beneath the charging Armored Earth Dragon's foreclaws.

Boom! The Armored Earth Dragon missed its footing and rolled head over heels, then crashed heavily onto the ground.

Everyone sucked in a toothaching breath. That looked painful enough; if it had been a person or a horse, at least one leg would have been broken.

Pfft, pfft! After rolling back onto its feet, the Armored Earth Dragon dazedly shook itself, flicked its tail, and dusted the dirt from its body before freezing in place. That fall had clearly knocked the poor thing senseless.

"Fall back!" Seeing that the Armored Earth Dragon had yet to recover, everyone quietly began backing away.

Roar! Before the sneaking group could take more than two steps, the Armored Earth Dragon's furious roar sounded behind them.

"Run!" Ismir shouted.

"Rock Spear!" With a wave of Ismir's hand, a thick spear of stone shot through the air.
