Though he was a cowardly, life-loving piece of trash, he often came into contact with experts from the CP Intelligence Agency and Marine Admirals, so his eye for such things was not poor.

He understood exactly what it meant to catch a lead bullet with one's teeth from such close range.

At the very least, with his own pitiful combat ability, he absolutely could not have the slightest chance of winning.
