even with a planar barrier standing between them,

the moment Lagrus and Getter developed that malice toward a clear target, Shi Tiankong sensed their presence.

They became two unmistakable targets.

It was as though they were two base stations broadcasting signals without pause.

As an extension of a higher being,

any thought or idea involving him was plainly visible to Shi Tiankong unless it had been deliberately shielded. There was nothing hidden about it.

If the other party was weak enough, he could even use the connection formed by those thoughts and ideas to influence them from afar.

The Only God of that plane, ignorant as he was, sensed that something was happening, but he could not quite grasp it or be certain.

Shi Tiankong was merely feeding. He cared little about the planes he had destroyed or was about to destroy; he was calmly absorbing their nourishment.

The beings within those planes felt very differently. The number who bore him deep-seated hatred was beyond counting!

Set among them, Lagrus and Getter were merely two more ants in a teeming swarm. They hardly mattered.

As for their powers and traits,

Orsaga found nothing remarkable about them. Among the countless beings who hated him, they did not even stand out.

He gave their existence no further consideration.
