Yes, that only explained Natural Wormholes. Humanity still had to keep refining everything else. Only when it could explain all phenomena arising from the interactions of the Four Fundamental Forces in the universe could it be considered truly mastered.
Of course, that process was complex and tortuous. The interactions of the Four Fundamental Forces had created the entire universe, and humanity could not possibly verify them all at once.
Thus, mastering the Theory of Everything was also a process of continual completion. It was more like a broad framework for the mechanisms by which the Four Fundamental Forces interacted.
From this perspective, if the Four Fundamental Forces were the four supporting pillars of a house, then the whole house was the universe. The floors, drains, toilets, walls, ceilings, decorations, furniture, and everything else in the house were the complete system supported and extended by those four pillars.
Those things were the various celestial bodies and physical phenomena within the house that was the universe. For example, a toilet could be seen as an extreme celestial body—a black hole—and all these things rested upon the system of forces supported by the four pillars.
At that point, humanity would be able to use the Theory of Everything to explain every physical phenomenon that previous physics had been unable to explain.
This included Negative Matter, Negative Energy, Tachyons other than the type used for communications, Dark Matter, Dark Energy, as well as time, space, various unknown particles, and even such things as spirit, consciousness, and souls.
It was no exaggeration to say that the Theory of Everything was the framework of the laws of the universe. It allowed a civilization that truly mastered it to understand the roots of all things in the universe, to better understand the universe that had given birth
