Hyuga Tokuma was an especially calm, steady, and mature member of the Hyuga Clan. Hizashi entrusted many matters to him.
"Tomorrow, Elder Danzo will send over a group of people. Leave First Street through Fourth Street to them. Your personnel on Fifth Street through Seventh Street will remain unchanged."
"Lord Hizashi, why are we letting Elder Danzo's people in? Aren't they all from Root?"

The next day, at the Konoha Security Force's daily morning assembly.
Nakamura Kazuya had already led the Root members to the site early.
Just as Nakamura Kazuya was considering how to deal with Hizashi Hyuga,
