The Special Military Operation against the United States began quietly, and the people of european countries scarcely felt anything at all.

After all, the forces dispatched by each nation were truly limited. The 200,000 troops sent by Britain, France and Spain were merely a drop in the ocean compared to the size of their respective nations.

Unlike Europe, which remained peaceful and stable, Americans felt the outbreak of war with profound clarity.

Although this war was publicly described as merely a Special Military Operation against the United States, war was still war. Its brutality lay plainly before them, and that could not be changed.

The League of Nations would not be polite with the United States, nor would it show mercy simply because the American people did not wish to see war.

On February 3, 1921, Spain, Britain, and France jointly formed an aerial transport fleet, intending to transport enough troops to Canada within only a few days and swiftly launch an attack on the United States.

While the three nations transported their troops, operations to sabotage the domestic situation within the United States were also underway.

On February 2, 1921, the League of Nations officially published an article titled "To All Americans," announcing the formal launch of the Special Military Operation against the United States and demanding that all Americans refuse to serve the US Government during the operation and cease aiding the United States, which had betrayed all humanity.

In addition, the League of Nations stated that over the next three months, it would continuously bomb important American facilities, and demanded that all Americans stay as far away from those places as possible.

Within the League of Nations' bombing range were the Government Buildings of the federal government, State governments, and municipal governments, as well as the Capitol,
