Background / History
Yomotsu Hirasaka is described as the passage connecting the human world and the Underworld. Its name is associated with Michikaeshi no Kami, the legendary boulder said to suppress that passage. 194
It is one of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki's signature Dōjutsu and is also wielded by Urashiki Ōtsutsuki through his Rinnegan. After claiming Urashiki's eyes, Gen'ichi gains access to the technique; Kabuto later uses the same eyes as well. 353 383 397 522

Yomotsu Hirasaka creates spatial rifts that allow its user to move themselves, allies, body parts, or incoming attacks between distant locations.
