Opportunities in the Northwest

East Africa's population mainly flowed toward the Central Three Provinces, with the northern regions as a secondary destination. In southern East Africa, its enemies were all lined up waiting their turn; the north had no such concern, so order there was impeccably maintained.

Bangui Port lay on an important tributary waterway of the Congo River. From there, one could travel directly to Kinshasa. The Ubangi River had more than six hundred kilometers of navigable waterway throughout the year, and during the rainy season, this could directly reach more than fourteen hundred kilometers.
