Background and History
Chaos City Lord governed Chaos City, the Virtual Universe Company, the Hong Alliance, and other matters central to Humanity. After Original Ancestor was suppressed, he carried much of the responsibility for Humanity's affairs. His strength and reputation for fairness made him the leader recognized across Humanity's factions and affiliated races 294 380 381.
He accepted Qin Hao as a disciple, though Venerable Guiyi initially handled much of Qin Hao's instruction. Chaos City Lord later guided Qin Hao's creation of secret techniques and built a Virtual Universe space containing opponents for him to practice against 136 182 188. He also accepted Luo Feng as a disciple 236.
As Qin Hao grew strong enough to assume his duties, Chaos City Lord handed him responsibility for the Virtual Universe Company, Humanity's treasury, the Hong Alliance, and related affairs. He withdrew to pursue a breakthrough through the Space-time Fusion Laws 380 381. After becoming a True God, he resumed leadership of Humanity with Qin Hao's and Giant Axe Creator's support 438 440. Later, Original Ancestor took over Chaos City itself, while Chaos City Lord spent more time at Virtual Universe Company headquarters or in his own Miniature Universe 916.
Appearance
Chaos City Lord has three documented bodies. His Killing Clone was the one Qin Hao encountered most often 433.
- True body — Wears a golden robe, has azure scales on his head, and has a face resembling an Earthling's 433.
- Killing Clone — Wears ancient dark-red armor and battle boots, has a scaled tail, and radiates a murderous aura 433 434.
- Thousand Treasures River Clone — Stands over ten thousand kilometers tall, with silvery-white skin, thousands of head tentacles, and lake-like eyes 433.
