The ancient tree's roots seemed to take root in the void itself, while its branches and leaves stretched into the endless distance, radiating an ancient, unfathomable aura.
Lin Feng stood on the right side of the trial grounds. His figure was even straighter than it had been ten thousand years ago, his expression as steady as a rock, emerald-green light likewise surrounding his body.
That was the glow of wood power, an innate strength he possessed as an awakened bearer of the Titan Bloodline.
Yet his wood power differed from Gou Sen's Power of Spring. It was more restrained, more profound, like an ancient well whose depths could not be seen.
Opposite them stood an enormous golden dragon—the old Dragon King, Ao Tian's incarnation.
Ao Tian's Dragon Body glimmered brilliantly beneath the sunlight. Every scale seemed forged from gold, exuding the razor-sharp aura of the metal element.
The images of the two young men reflected in his dragon eyes, which brimmed with complicated emotions.
There was appreciation, curiosity, and a trace of stubborn unwillingness to yield.
"Brats, you are indeed strong." Ao Tian's voice boomed like thunder across the trial grounds.
