Watanabe Kenshin drew a slight breath as he looked at the Third Hokage, who was examining the Defense Map before him.

The Third Hokage was slowly lowering the map, but his gaze remained fixed on it, his brows faintly furrowed.

Deliberately leave certain gaps in the defenses, then arrange one to three Anbu behind each gap to keep watch. Just like Chiba's Annihilation Plan, they would rotate in two shifts and keep watch there day and night...

In other words, each gap would require at most six Anbu scouts.

He had practically grown up under the Third Hokage's care, and compared to the other children, his childhood had come not long after the Second Shinobi World War ended, when the entire village had been undergoing reconstruction. He had more opportunities to encounter the Hokage, who was always among the people, and was somewhat more familiar with him.

Hearing Watanabe Kenshin's words, the Third Hokage was nearly stunned. He had never expected that Yukina had come up with this plan.
