The cave was brightly lit, as if filled with a sky full of stars.

Chen looked closely and realized that the "starlight" filling the cave had been created by a single beam of light, repeatedly refracted through glazed mirrors until the cavern was as bright as day.

He slowly stepped through the entrance. The first thing that met his eyes was a massive stone wall.

Chen was instantly drawn to the writing that covered it.

He walked up to the stone wall, reached out to touch it, and studied it carefully for a moment before saying in shock, "This is... the cultivation method for Yin-Yang Release!"

Yin-Yang Release was a broad category that included Yin and Yang nature transformations, Yin Release and Yang Release techniques, and, most importantly, the Yin-Yang Release Technique.

The three were entirely different.

There were seven Chakra natures in total: wind, lightning, water, fire, earth, Yin, and Yang.

Anything generally related to the body or Chakra was mostly classified under Yang Release.

The Akimichi Clan's Multi-Size Technique, Medical Ninjutsu, and Hashirama's powerful self-healing ability were all Yang nature transformations—Yang Release.

The Nara Clan's Shadow Binding Technique, as well as all Genjutsu, belonged to Yin Release!

These were what were known as Yin Release and Yang Release techniques.

Compared to the five elemental Ninjutsu, Yin Release and Yang Release were uncommon. Many were secret techniques that only major clans could master, but they could ultimately still be encountered and learned.

But the Yin-Yang Release Technique was different. As its name implied, it was the combination of Yin Release and Yang Release—not merely the nature transformation of Yin-Yang Chakra.

The most fundamental and most powerful ability of the Yin-Yang Release Technique was to create all things from nothing and grant them life!

"Yin Release" represented the power of
