If they used the internet instead, such as satellite communications for online chats, Jiang Yan Hai would have no way to monitor them.

The CIA had its own dedicated communications satellites, and hacking into those satellites was no simple task. Jiang Yan Hai had not tried to breach them—not because he could not, but because he could have done it if he truly set his mind to it.

Still, it was better to reveal less of his hacking capabilities. After falling asleep, Jiang Yan Hai had the Electronic Warfare Program open the website Pantheon had given him in his mind. Naturally, it was accessed through multiple layers of relays.

The moment the website opened, Jiang Yan Hai saw that it resembled a code-breaking site. Of course, it might have multiple stages, like playing a level-clearing game: crack the first stage, and you could enter the next.

Once you completed the entire challenge, you might meet the requirements to join them. That was Jiang Yan Hai's guess. Otherwise, they would not have set up such a website specifically.

"Can Er Dan try scanning it for a breach?" Jiang Yan Hai asked directly.

"No vulnerabilities have currently been detected. Every port at this address is closed, leaving only the current cracking challenge. A forced scan would require 90% of the Electronic Warfare Program's processing power," Er Dan immediately provided the figures.
