After finishing that class, Jiang Yan Hai let out a slight sigh of relief. Luckily, luckily—being late for his first class had turned out reasonably well.
Class was over, and the generals began packing up their things. Jiang Yan Hai slipped away directly. Building connections was out of the question. It was only the first day; perhaps after spending more time together, they could build some rapport as classmates. Right now, though, a lieutenant colonel like him would feel far too awkward here.
"Teacher Hu." After catching up, Jiang Yan Hai called out to Teacher Hu ahead of him.
"What is it?" Although Teacher Hu was also a soldier, his primary responsibility was teaching, and he was civilian personnel, so he carried a stronger scholarly air.
"Teacher Hu, I also have another six-month intermediate advanced training course. Where do I report for it?" Jiang Yan Hai handed over a document he was holding.
Teacher Hu took it and looked it over, then said with a smile, "Ah, this. You need to go to the principal's office. Principal Zheng should have something to give you."

Jiang Yan Hai pushed open the door and entered. The principals here all wore three shining stars, which showed just how high this place ranked.
"Reporting, sir. Jiang Yan Hai of the Logistics 9th Rapid Reaction Brigade, reporting for duty." After entering, Jiang Yan Hai first gave a salute and spoke quickly.
"So it's you. Come, come. Let me have a look at you." The principal, who had been reading documents behind his desk,
