Although Burpees were not generally done in the military, they all knew what kind of exercise it was. For an ordinary soldier, completing one hundred in a row was considered excellent Physical Training.

While Lu Bing led the other trainees through warm-ups, Jiang Yan Hai began doing Burpees. When Jiang Yan Hai reached two hundred, Lu Bing could not help turning around to watch.
