"Has even this land died?"

Cecily knelt on one knee upon a patch of land that had already turned pale.

This was the territory of the Water Elementals Lord, one of the Four Dukes of the Demon Realm.

After the farmlands around the Demon Realm's towns and villages had gradually turned grayish-white and withered, Cecily decided to cultivate a new farm on this land.

But the ground beneath Cecily's feet already bore traces of grayish-white. The soil was gradually being corrupted into gray dust, losing all value.

This grayish whitening had begun spreading through the Demon Realm like a plague. Even though the Prophet had found countless human farming methods, none could be put into practice.

"What exactly is happening?"

Cecily looked at the decaying trees around her, overwhelmed by a deep sense of helplessness.

She could quell the unrest within the Demonic Realm Royal City, eliminate every destabilizing factor that threatened its people, and restore diplomatic relations with the human kingdoms.

But when faced with this strange affliction, Cecily was utterly powerless.

She had searched through countless books in the library of the Demonic Realm Royal City, but none contained any record of such a situation.

An eerie green Teleportation Portal appeared behind Cecily, and the Prophet's petite figure stepped out from it.

"His Highness Joshua has returned," the Prophet said.

"Joshua?"

The moment Cecily heard that name, she stood up.

The unease caused by the corruption of the land quickly began to fade away...

Joshua had brought far too many miracles to the Demon Realm. From establishing diplomatic relations between the human kingdom of Falosi and the Demon Realm to making some of the Demon Realm's specialties into "hot-selling products" in Nolan, all of it had once been unimaginable to Cecily.
