"Good person?"

The only thing Clairely could control now was this Chaos Demon's head. She was thinking of a way to escape, but under the watch of two Demon Realm grand dukes, she could not think of any possibility of getting away.

"It seems you have doubts about those two words I used." Joshua gestured, and a Blood Clan member tossed all the Judges captured in the Magic Arena onto Clairely's left.

"I've already interrogated them. Part of their consciousness had some kind of protective mechanism. One of them turned into slug-like slime because of it," Joshua said. "But I still got some useful information. Do you want to hear it?"

Clairely turned her head away. She did not look Joshua in the eyes, seemingly unwilling to answer his question.

"Just consider this a lesson in legal education." Joshua took the Parchment Scroll handed over by a Blood Clan member behind him. "I consulted one of Nolan's law enforcers. The laws you and your companions have violated include attempted public disruption through the use of highly toxic agents, attempted covert murder, illegal entry, and several other charges..."

Clairely listened quietly to Joshua's words. Earlier, she had thought Joshua would use some method to torture her and force useful information from her.

Clairely was not afraid of physical torture. What she truly feared was the Lich Lord. That woman was an expert in matters of the soul.

But Joshua did not fit the image of a demon she had formed in her heart at all.

"Once these charges stick, you'll be spending decades in Nolan's dungeons." Joshua tossed the Parchment Scroll onto the ground before Clairely. "And don't expect Nolan's dungeons to have the Magic Web. That place will never have a network connection."
