Three Glass bottles held the Dark Green Liquid the Prophet had mixed. Tiny bubbles occasionally rose within the liquid.
The ingredients Joshua had randomly chosen had not undergone any strange... magical reactions with the Sin Dust, nor had there been any chemical changes.
"Who wants to go first?" Joshua asked instinctively.
The Prophet did not answer. She simply picked up one of the Glass bottles from the table.
She had made the concoction, so she knew that none of the things Joshua had selected could become toxic when mixed together. Of course... they would not provide any beneficial effects either.
The Prophet pulled out the stopper and drank the entire bottle in one go.
"How does it taste?"
When Joshua spoke with the Prophet, it was truly difficult to see any emotional fluctuation on her face.
"Sugar water that stings the tongue."
The Prophet gave the bottle a concise evaluation.
Ciri also picked up another bottle from the table and removed its stopper. She cautiously took a sip, only to nearly spit it out, just like Joshua had.
"This tastes even stranger than a Magic Potion." Ciri stuck out her tongue. "It really does sting when it touches your mouth."
"It failed?"
Seeing Ciri's intense reaction, Joshua nervously picked up the last bottle and took a small sip. After that first mouthful, he drained the rest of the bottle at once.
"This is the texture and flavor I wanted. No... the flavor is a little off."
Joshua put down the bottle, suddenly feeling the urge to cry. Back on Earth, he had loved the taste of cola more than any other drink.
