Hot Pot War

Shael, Herolia, and Messiah had come to further discuss how to deal with the Heretic Inquisitors.

But when Joshua learned that Shael had not eaten dinner that evening... their attention shifted to the meat floating in the hot pot broth.

The arrival of the three of them brought enormous changes to the battle for the hot pot.

After Shael had initially learned how to use chopsticks, he successfully claimed a corner of the hot pot.

Herolia was still somewhat clumsy with chopsticks, but Messiah had long mastered their use and helped Herolia secure the resources in another area.

The Dark Elf had never held much goodwill toward the people of the Holy Church Country. To compete with Messiah for food, she had already begun fighting in earnest.

Holding a bowl of white rice, Joshua watched the clash between the Dark Elf and Messiah. Both were experts at wielding close-range weapons.

The Dark Elf moved with incredible speed and ferocity. Like a dagger instantly piercing an enemy's chest, she directly snatched away the fish slice Messiah had been about to pick up.

Messiah did not choose to yield the fish slice to the Dark Elf. Her Third Eye could clearly capture the trajectory of the Dark Elf's chopsticks. The next second, she used the stance of a downward slash from Knight Swordsmanship to knock away the fish slice the Dark Elf had stolen from beneath her chopsticks.

Their confrontation continued, and Joshua could only stay out of their conflict, silently taking a leaf of vegetable from the edge of the pot.

"Um... please don't use swordsmanship while eating hot pot."

Joshua glanced once more at the Prophet, who had already stopped moving her chopsticks, and had no choice but to step in and mediate the chopstick-based swordsmanship duel between the two
