"I heard Mr. Joshua built this Amusement Park to fight those judges. Then he should be raising an army of his own... How could building a place for others to have fun be considered preparation for a battlefield?"

Elder Queitoan remained silent in the face of the Earl's doubts. The people of the Steel Country did not know of the existence of the "gate," nor did they understand the dangers brought by the gate's domain.

Only Blue Robe and a small portion of Frost Country's upper ranks knew why Joshua was building the Amusement Park.

Even knowing the reason, Elder Queitoan still held doubts about the construction of the Amusement Park...

The reason Elder Queitoan could not get along with Earl Cruz was because this human reeked of something called profit.

Most of the humans he knew were much the same as Earl Cruz, but Joshua had never considered such things when he did anything.
