"Your name?"
Shael pulled over a chair and sat beside the dark elf's bed. Her gaze remained fixed on the projected television screen on the wall in the corner of the ward. Tom was fighting a stray cat over ownership of Jerry, and this episode gave her quite a few laughs as well. Only after a long while did she turn back to Shael.
"Me? You can call me Jerry."
After glancing at Shael, she shifted her attention back to the television.
"Answer my question seriously!"
Shael rose from her seat and directly blocked the dark elf's view. The dark elf tilted her head, trying to see the television behind Shael, and Shael promptly shifted her position.
The dark elf immediately tilted her head to the other side, completely unaffected by Shael.
After Shael's repeated attempts to block her failed to dampen her enthusiasm for watching television,
"I only need to give one order, and the television will disappear from here."
Shael had had enough of playing this tedious game of cat and mouse with the dark elf.
"Belika. That's my name." The dark elf ultimately chose to compromise.
"Did you just think of that?"
Shael noticed that when the dark elf gave her name, she had looked at a book beside the bed. The word Belika happened to be written on it.
"Is my name important to you humans?"
Under Shael's incessant questioning, the dark elf became somewhat impatient. Yet the sight of Tom fighting the stray cat to reclaim Jerry on the television soothed the irritation in her heart.
"No. It's just a form of address. Belika... how much information do you have about that Arbiter ruin?"
