Amusement Park Open Day

The fifth day.

Hai Lan jolted awake from his sleep. The moment he opened his eyes, he saw Luqi standing beside him.

"What's wrong? Did someone break in?"

Hai Lan had kept his guard at its highest level lately. Luqi's identity was already known to the people on the surface.

He had no way of knowing whether someone might suddenly barge in here.

Luqi kept waving the Golden Jar in front of Hai Lan while tapping a nearly broken pocket watch in her hand.

"Oh no... It's already nine o'clock?!"

Seeing the time on the pocket watch, Hai Lan rolled out of bed. He hurriedly grabbed a worn-out coat from the floor and put it on.

"Luqi, let's go!"

Today was the opening day of Aserkelo Amusement Park. According to the Spellcaster Forum, the park opened at ten in the morning.

Hai Lan had been so excited the night before that he could not sleep. He had only gradually drifted off around two or three in the morning.

Even as he dragged Luqi toward the exit of the sewers, he was still somewhat drowsy.

The entrance to Aserkelo Amusement Park was located in the Dwarf city beneath Squirrel Street.

The underground Dwarf city had an extremely complex layout. Hai Lan knew it very well, but in the past, this city had been forbidden ground to him.

Yet today, to get to Aserkelo, he had no choice but to risk returning to this "dangerous place."
