After controlling the tribal warriors under her command to complete the subjugation of the Calamity of Eric Forest, Feng Zhen finally awakened from her own Consciousness Space.
"You're finally awake."
Light returned to Feng Zhen's eyes. Her pupils shifted as she looked up at the Dark Elf standing before her.
Piercing laughter echoed through the entire dungeon. The instant Feng Zhen recognized Thousand Faces, she said nothing, instead revealing an incomprehensible smile.
"This isn't the Tribunal of Judgment anymore!"
Thousand Faces tried desperately to contain her anger, but she still reached out and grabbed Feng Zhen by the collar.
"So what? Do you want me to beg for mercy? You reject abandoned by your own people..."
Feng Zhen had only gotten halfway through her mocking words when she clutched her head. Thousand Faces released her collar, and Feng Zhen collapsed straight to the ground. Even the hands she used to prop herself up trembled nonstop.
"What's wrong with her now?"
Joshua watched as the Judge fell to the ground again less than three seconds after waking, unable to move. The life force in her body was also rapidly fading.
"Excessive blood loss, dehydration, and prolonged lack of food."
Thousand Faces crouched beside Feng Zhen, looking at her cracked lips and arms so thin that only bone remained.
"She had been conserving her body's energy in something like hibernation, but now she may not even have the strength to speak." Thousand Faces grabbed Feng Zhen's collar and turned her face toward herself. "It's fine. A Judge's body absorbs nutrients far more efficiently than a human's."
"So she fainted from hunger?"
