As he spoke, Theo's expression shifted. He suddenly coughed up a mouthful of thick blood to the side, looking seriously injured.
Ligardel was deeply worried by the sight before him.
"Theo, you're badly hurt."
"Stop for now. My teacher is right behind us, and he's very strong. Candlewood Island is with him too—they'll help you!"
Supporting Theo, Ligardel spoke anxiously.
Theo's face was pale, but his gaze was exceptionally resolute. "No—Ligardel—cough—I can't be sure your teacher can defeat those terrifying things from the abyss. They crave your power desperately. I can't take that risk—"

"No, Theo. Trust me. Trust my teacher."
"The abyssal creatures you spoke of are no match for them."
Ligardel's mind was exceptionally clear and calm at this moment. He grabbed Theo's arm.
"You're seriously wounded. You can't keep forcing yourself. As long as we turn back and find my teacher, everything will be all right. They'll help us!"
Theo froze as he looked at the stubborn Ligardel before him. This was completely different from the timid Brother he remembered.
But after a moment of silence, Theo looked at him coldly.
"Ligardel, I told you before: you are Gekwell's only hope. If you die, Gekwell will cease to exist, and Father's hopes for you will come to nothing."
"Can you—truly bear such a heavy responsibility?"
"If not, then come with me. Stop talking nonsense!"
Theo stared at him with icy eyes. His slightly angry words placed immense pressure on Ligardel.
Hearing him, Ligardel instinctively hesitated,
