My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected

"Hey—Scone."

Hearing someone call her name, Scone poked her head out.

She kept twitching her tiny nose, checking the surroundings.

Seeing that...

"She's so cute!"

Yumiko and Kawasaki showed even better coordination than before!

Their personalities seemed a little similar. Maybe that was why their relationship in class was so awkward. But, but precisely because their personalities were alike, they reacted exactly the same way at times like this!

"Then Yumiko, could you throw this ball for me?"

I handed Yumiko a sturdy, springy rubber dog ball that could be chewed.

"Mm-hm, I'll throw it! Okay—Scone, go get it!"

Yumiko's spiral curls swayed through the air as she struck a cool pose and threw the ball. The pink rubber ball flew into the clear summer sky.
