Lightning flashed and thunder rumbled above Gospel Church.

Inside a partitioned room in the wooden cabin.

"A Sealed Item is worth fifty thousand."

Mr. Zuo said flatly, "That was the price your Church agreed on with us."

"The remaining one hundred and fifty thousand is for the little girl." Virgil smiled. "I know the prices at the Deep Scale Underground Black Market... This little girl is about to undergo a Transcendent Awakening. She'll most likely be B-Rank or above. You buy her for one hundred and fifty thousand, then resell her for a million."

"Virgil, you're too greedy. Unsold goods aren't worth a cent."

Mr. Zuo's voice was low. "Don't think Bishop Qu backing you means you can act without restraint... Besides, what makes you think you're qualified to negotiate with us?"
