This Assassin was the nineteenth leader of the assassination order to inherit the name "Hassan-i Sabbah." Due to her diverse skills, extensive knowledge, and peculiar mentality that made her actions utterly unpredictable, she had been bestowed the awe-inspiring title of "Hundred Faces."
Hassan of the Hundred Faces had suffered from multiple personality disorder in life, and this trait had manifested in this Holy Grail War as her Noble Phantasm, "Delusional Illusion."
This Noble Phantasm could split Assassin's soul, creating individuals with independent thoughts who could act on their own.
The Assassin everyone had believed dead earlier was not exactly a fake, because she had indeed been a part of Hassan of the Hundred Faces.
"Delusional Illusion" could split into as many as eighty individuals, but since the total amount of power remained unchanged, the more individuals there were, the weaker each one became.
