Before the golden hall, Gu Ding pressed his palm against the great door. With only a slight push, ripples spread across its surface, and moments later, the heavy doors slowly opened on their own.
Gu Ding strode inside, and the doors shut behind him with a rumble.
Inside the hall, Gu Ding stopped where he was and looked around.
The interior of the hall was entirely golden. Even the light streaming down through the translucent dome was golden, bathing the entire hall in brilliant radiance.
The hall was also completely empty. Other than several enormous golden pillars supporting the dome, there was only a red carpet stretching into the distance.
After observing for a while without finding anything, Gu Ding released his soul perception. But he quickly discovered that his soul perception was completely suppressed within the hall.
Gu Ding frowned slightly and strode forward along the red carpet.
After walking for less than two or three minutes, Gu Ding spotted a golden coffin not far ahead. It stood upright, with half of its back sunk into the wall as though it had been embedded there.
"Those were Space Laws just now..."
Gu Ding lowered his head and looked at the red carpet beneath his feet. In those two or three minutes, he should have traveled quite a distance. Otherwise, he should have easily seen the coffin from the entrance of the hall.
Drawing back his gaze slightly, Gu Ding finally looked toward the coffin.
"So I wasn't brought here to receive a reward after all. Other than this ominous coffin, there's nothing else in this hall..." Gu Ding raised an eyebrow.
Gu Ding also noticed that the coffin bore quite a few law patterns of a Main God, far more complex than those on the puppets earlier.
Moreover, the
