The Human Race Camp had quite a few garrisons of varying sizes throughout the Great Universe Sea, but only nine super garrisons could be called capitals.
The nine super garrisons were named according to the order in which they had been established: First Garrison, Second Garrison, Third Garrison... all the way to Ninth Garrison.
Two of those garrisons belonged to the Federal Government: First Garrison and Third Garrison.
First Garrison was also the first super garrison where the Human Race Camp had gained a foothold in the Great Universe Sea. Since it had been established the longest ago, its facilities and infrastructure were the most complete. Over the years, it had continued expanding its territory, growing from its original nine starfields to its current twenty-eight. It had become the largest garrison in the Human Race Camp within the Great Universe Sea, as well as the most populous and prosperous one.
Within the Great Universe Sea, this garrison stood like the capital of the human race, enduring through the ages, unshakable and impregnable.
Because of these traits, many passing outsiders had marveled at its prosperity and called it the Human Race Royal Capital. Over time, the name spread farther and farther, with more and more people using it. Many years later, Human Race Royal Capital became this garrison's official name.
The Federal Government had deliberately placed its Great Universe Sea headquarters here as a sign of respect for this garrison.
Due to its special status, this garrison only allowed allied outsiders of the Human Race Camp to enter and leave. Other races had never been received here. Even within the Human Race Camp, no Interstellar Pirate dared linger near this garrison. Once they were deemed to be challenging the Federal Government's authority, the consequences would be severe.
