Outside the door to Presidential Suite 1099 on the third deck of the yacht.
"Jiang, good night. See you tomorrow." Elizabeth leaned closer and lightly kissed the corner of his lips. After bidding him good night, she made to return to her room.
The cruise ship would not dock tonight and would continue sailing across the East Sea. She and Jiang Che would both be staying aboard tonight.
"Are you scared to sleep alone? Want me to tell you a few bedtime stories?"
Jiang Che grabbed Elizabeth's snow-white wrist and pinned her against the wall in the corner. Looking down at her from above, his tone was frivolous and magnetic.
Meeting those peach-blossom eyes that seemed affectionate even when looking at a dog, Elizabeth felt her heart race wildly. Her heart trembled violently, her thoughts swayed without end, and she truly found it difficult to resist his charm.

Despite her pounding heart, Elizabeth remained outwardly calm, her expression composed and her voice cool.
