Broly strolled leisurely through the shallow levels of the Dungeon Labyrinth, but because the Dungeon's walls were filled with qi, he had no way to use his qi sense to precisely locate the monsters he needed to hunt.
Fortunately, the Dungeon seemed to possess an instinct to resist outside intruders. Every so often, it would spawn monsters in the nearest places around adventurers, known as gaps.
However, the monsters spawned in the shallow Dungeon Labyrinth were extremely weak. Floors 1 through 4 had only two kinds: Earth Spirits and Goblins. Even novice adventurers who had just entered the profession could defeat them without injury as long as they were careful.
If Broly had to describe their strength, it would probably be this: picking up the Magic Crystals and occasional drops they left behind might take more effort than killing them.
During that time, Broly had also tried summoning Water Elementals or White Shadow Ninjas to work for him and pick things up, but he failed.
Even after trying to use the Magic Crystals he had collected, he still could not successfully summon Water Elementals or White Shadow Ninjas.
He did not know whether this world did not permit summoned creatures to exist, or whether summoning Water Elementals and White Shadow Ninjas simply required some modifications better suited to this world's rules.
Either way, that would take time and effort. It seemed even more troublesome than bending over to pick things up himself, so Broly could only accept that he had no summons to lend him a hand.
As he killed monsters and gradually delved into the Dungeon Labyrinth's Fourth Floor, he suddenly felt something unusual after killing another Goblin carrying a wooden club.
The feeling was like noticing that his body had grown stronger after completing a period of gravity
