Background / History

Vill-V is a transmigrator who initially infiltrated Flame-Moth and attacked its network. After Lin Li captured her, Elysia interrogated her; Vill-V answered almost nothing beyond her name and treated the procedure with open sarcasm. 14 15

Although held in a sealed Flame-Moth cell, Vill-V escaped in less than a day without leaving signs of forced entry. She had concealed a micro-machine in her mouth, which enabled the escape; the only trace she left was a wall message reading, “You Have Been Tricked.” 21 22

Elysia found Vill-V at her restaurant and recaptured her. Curious about the meaning of “Honkai,” Vill-V accepted Elysia's recruitment offer and joined Flame-Moth. Her entry drew scrutiny from Er, but Elysia defended Vill-V as exceptionally capable. 22 23

Er subsequently appointed her Head of the newly established Engineering Department. Vill-V began directing construction and engineering work while developing machinery according to her own unconventional ideas. 25

At Dr. Mobius's request, Vill-V built a Honkai Energy Adaptability Test Device. Its first tests recorded a score of 0 for Lin Li and 80 for Elysia; Vill-V later reported the anomalous result to Mobius and was tasked with producing additional devices. 29 30

As Minister Vill-V, she proposed The Deepest Place, an intended inescapable prison. Though engineers and architects initially rejected her design as impractical, her full blueprint ultimately convinced them to proceed with preparations for construction on a flat island. 42 43

Personality

Vill-V is defiant, evasive, and difficult to intimidate. During interrogation and detention, she responds to authority with mockery rather than cooperation, even after being recaptured. 15 22

She has an eccentric, theatrical streak, taking great pride in excessively elaborate names such as “Super Invincible Terrifying Metal Eight-Legged Monster.” Her preferred name for The Deepest Place was originally much longer before Er shortened it. 25 42 43

Despite her bravado, Vill-V recognizes her limitations in direct fights and relies on planning, gadgets, and technical skill instead. She can also be playful and teasing with Lin Li, particularly regarding Lin Li's relationship with Elysia. 14 43
