Attainment

A deity becomes a Paragon by perfectly comprehending and fusing all six profound mysteries of a law. When Lynn's six Lightning Law mysteries formed a complete Six-fusion Profound Mystery, the Heaven and Earth Law descended and transformed his body and soul. 65

• The Lightning Law's six documented mysteries are Lightning Element, Lightning Body Technique, Flicker, Power of Destruction, Power of Judgment, and Electromagnetic Space. 65

Paragon Willpower

Willpower is the defining power gained upon attaining Paragon. It is bestowed directly by heaven and earth and amplifies a Paragon's actions, perception, and control over surrounding space. 65

• Spatial control — A Paragon can perceive nearby spatial fluctuations and suppress disturbances in space; Lynn calmed a spatial vortex created by the Death Sovereign's Water Divine Clone. 65 66
• Combat amplification — Even a casual punch empowered by Willpower can severely wound powerful commanders. 65
• Spiritual Sense — Willpower greatly expands Spiritual Sense. In a Material Plane, a Paragon's Spiritual Sense can extend over one hundred million li. 85
• Sovereign's Might control — Unlike ordinary deities, a Paragon can use Willpower to precisely direct Sovereign's Might for body tempering. 68
• Resistance to remote Sovereign attacks — A Main God cannot simply manifest a giant face across vast distances to kill a Paragon; the Main God's true body must descend personally. 65

Power and Limitations

Paragons stand above ordinary Highgods and commanders. A peak commander equipped with offensive, material-defense, and soul-defense Sovereign Artifacts can at most struggle to survive against one, while weaker opponents may be exiled or killed outright. 65

• A Paragon's status does not make every member equally powerful. Body strength, Soul Power, Sovereign Artifacts, divine abilities, and additional Willpower can create enormous differences between Paragons. 75 86
• In Material Planes where foreign Sovereigns cannot descend, a Paragon may effectively rule unchallenged unless opposed by another Paragon. 84
• A Paragon can still be threatened by a Main God who descends in person. 65
• Exceptional defensive abilities remain relevant. Lynn chose the Ring of the Undead, a Soul Defense Sovereign Artifact, to guard against unusual Innate Divine Abilities despite already possessing overwhelming Soul Power. 67

Paragon-Level Soul Power

“Paragon-level Soul Power” is not equivalent to truly becoming a Paragon. Before attaining godhood, Lynn's soul was artificially strengthened to the level of a Paragon Highgod, but it lacked the Willpower possessed by genuine Paragons. 9

• Lynn's strengthened soul could cover more than one million miles and observe the entire Orlando Continent without detection. 9
• Powerful Soul Power improves Soul Attack, soul defense, law comprehension, and the deduction of ultimate techniques. 9

Influence and Status

Paragons are treated as “emperors among gods.” Commanders and Highgods routinely show them deference, while even Sovereigns must generally negotiate courteously and offer suitable compensation for their service. 65 74

• Paragons are commonly recruited to guard army headquarters during Plane Wars, preventing enemy Paragons from raiding the camp and eliminating its commanders. 69 71
• Many Paragons refuse to become Sovereign emissaries because they regard themselves as peers in status rather than subordinates. 65 69
• A favor from a Paragon can mobilize powers across multiple planes; Lynn's Demon Mission for the Destiny artifacts caused widespread competition in Hell and beyond. 77
• Lynn was publicly acknowledged as the strongest Paragon after defeating Clementing, who stated that no other Paragon could match him. 75
