Inside Lin Su's study, Mo Wen frowned deeply. "Major Law? Why only Major Law? Azure Lotus Fire beneath the brush, Triple Pagoda behind him—this was clearly the sign of a Codex coming into being. Why was it downgraded?"

Entering the examinations meant that the arguments within carried authority, contained no dissenting voices, required no debate, and literary cultivators merely needed to study them.
A Major Law was deemed by the Holy Hall to carry immense weight and tremendous value, but some of its contents remained controversial. Thus, it was not included in the examinations, though it qualified for dissemination and citation.

Under such circumstances, the Holy Hall had to determine the nature of this "Law"!
The Holy Hall might directly abolish this book...
It might abolish Lin Su himself...
